Thank you for deciding to host our students on the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange Study (YES) Program, the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program, or the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) program! These are the US Department of State Programs operated by ECA (Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs) that AFS-USA implements. At AFS-USA, we also refer to them as Sponsored Programs (SP). The Sponsored Programs students have additional responsibilities while on program to ensure they are fulfilling the mission of each program.
